About Me

I am the Decorating Den Interiors Owner for the Richmond, VA Metro area. I have enjoyed the opportunity to decorate client homes all over this area including Glen Allen, Henrico, Chesterfield, Goochland, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Colonial Heights, Hanover, New Kent, Powhatan, Manakin-Sabot, Ashland, Petersburg, and the city of Richmond.

Having been in business for over 30 years, I provide a complete in-home design service, bringing thousands of drapery, fabrics, furniture, carpet and area rugs, wall coverings, lighting, and accessories directly to you. My clients love viewing all of their choices in the convenience and lighting of their own homes or offices. Even better, I don’t charge a design fee. I work within my clients’ budgets and with their style preferences, while they pay only for the products they select.

To keep up with current design and product trends, I yearly tour manufacturer showrooms, furniture factories, show houses, and also attend the Furniture Market in High Point, North Carolina – the international home furnishings authority.

During my career, I have earned membership in the Decorating Den Century Society, President’s Club, and Premier Club. I have received 9 Director’s Awards and most recently received my 13th prestigious Eagle Award for excellence in decorating. I am also consistently ranked in the top 20% for all Decorating Den Interiors designers.

I thoroughly enjoy giving seminars and workshops on the latest trends in decorating, which I do frequently for clubs, women’s groups, and schools.
